Summary
I have my bachelor’s degree in journalism from The Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at ASU. My love of journalism coupled with my unending curiosity reflect strong traits of drive and passion in my personality. - I went down to Peru for a month as part of a study abroad program at ASU. I worked at an orphanage for little girls in the mountains of Cusco. While I was there I gave the girls English lessons, helped them with their homework, and helped prepare their meals. I also toured local news stations to get an idea of how the reporting industry works in foreign countries.

Distributed cooked meals for the underprivileged. Set up and worked game booths, packed groceries for distribution to homeless. Worked Christmas events setting up and handing out gifts to children. 100+ hours.
PEDIATRIC BRAIN TUMOR FOUNDATION, Laguna Hills, CA May 2009 – May 2013
Volunteer/Fundraiser
Worked every May at silent auction fundraiser for the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation. Responsibilities included set up, clean up and serving the guests food and drinks. The event takes in thousands of dollars
